Skills

Description

Manage the development of new product features from inception to the final delivery by following the SCRUM development process

Perform sprint planning activities and produce sprint artifacts

Work with Product Owner and Engineering team defining and documenting sprint, activities, and tasks

Track tasks, action item status and provide updates to Client and/or Management

Represent the project team at change, prioritization, engineering, or requirement review board meetings

Provide necessary guidance to the team that leads them to success

Coordinate, support and participate in program and system meetings and reviews

Perform all activities relating to the release and deployment of updates, including notifying users and stakeholders as needed.

 

Skills

Must have used Agile tools such as TFS (DevOps) or Jira

Must have worked and led an Agile Software development team before

Must have worked in a team developing enterprise-grade web and cloud technology

Must be familiar with the latest technology trends in Web and Cloud

Must have a strong developer background and understanding of various technologies stack and hands-on programming and OOP background

Experience with writing requirements as features and user stories

Have good articulation skills, both oral and written

Possess excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
